This is a slimming soup with no oil, the soup is full of the vegetables which is very good for your health. It can also help you to lose weight fast and easy. Following is the ingredients need to prepare the soup.

1) Cabbage or Chinese Cabbage
2) Celery
3) Tomato
4) Green Capsicum
5) Onion
6) Chicken Breast meat
7) Chicken stock cube

Cut the vegetable and meat into very small sizes. Put everything into my magic pot to cook for just 10 min. Leave the pot in its container, it will continues to cook even after removed from the stove. An hour later..the color of the vegetable will changed. Now you can eat it as it is or mix with chili sauce for extra kick.

When it come to softening the appearance of neck fat, there are a few exercise that work extremely well. Many have seen positive results by doing shoulder lifts, as well as front and side raises. The simple front raise exercise below is completed by using dumbbells:

1. Hold dumbbells in both hands.

2. Keep your arms straight. You will be raising one arm at a time.

3. Slowly lift your right arm up until the dumbbell is above eye-level.

4. Slowly lower your right arm.

5. Repeat the above steps with your left arms.

I thought it is good to start my blog with sharing with you some tips that helped me get slimming :

  1. Set realistic goals
  2. Do not expect immediate results
  3. Make lifestyle changes like giving up alcohol, smoking, avoiding fatty food and refined food
  4. Include fresh foods as far as possible as processed foods tend to contain high level of salt and sugar
  5. Never skip meals as you tend to eat more, the next meal. Do not skip breakfast in particular
  6. Include lot of fiber in your diet as it gives a feeling of fullness, thereby preventing you from gorging spicy and fatty food
  7. When you have cravings for certain type of food like chocolates or ice cream, once in a while, you can take in small quantities
  8. Keep yourself engaged as boredom leads to overeating
  9. Walk, Walk and Walk as much as possible .Even if you are busy, go for walk at least 5 days a week
  10. Keep yourself free of stress

Finally, weight loss is a slow process, so do not get disappointed and give up.
